Vehicle sales plunged in April to an annual seasonally adjusted rate of 14.4 million units. As gasoline prices escalate, consumers are shunning gas guzzling SUVs and pickup trucks, but sales of cars have also weakened. Big Three automakers experienced double-digit declines compared to a year ago….
